Cork Summer Show:
Thanks to Rebecca O’Keefe of Taste Cork for her invitation to do a cooking demo featuring producers of the Old Butter Roads Food Trail at the Cork Summer Show. We loved getting a chance to showcase the fabulous producers of the food trail and meet new people.
Taste of the Old Butter Roads Food Trail
In conjunction with the official launch of the Old Butter Roads Food Trail in Blarney at the end of April 2017 The Square Table hosted a Taste of The Old Butter Roads. The menu showcased the diversity of the food producers who are members of the Food Trail. Toons Bridge Dairy, Macroom Buffalo Mozzarella, Mc Carthy’s of Kanturk, Michael Twomey Butchers, K O’Connell Fish Merchants, Ballinwillin House Farm, McCarthy’s Natural Dairy, Follain Preserves, Hegarty’s Cheese, Coolea Cheese, Old Mill Bank.
